All vehicles offered as prizes are supplied under the following conditions.
Used Vehicles
Unless stated otherwise:
- Vehicles are pre-owned
- Mileage may increase
- Minor wear and tear may be present
- Cosmetic imperfections may exist
Mechanical Condition
Vehicles are supplied:
- As seen
- Without warranty
- Without guarantee
We recommend winners inspect vehicle before acceptance.
MOT & Tax
Unless stated otherwise:
- MOT status will be described on competition page
- Tax is responsibility of winner
- Insurance required before driving
Collection
Winner is responsible for:
- Collection
- Transport
- Insurance
We may assist with delivery at winner's cost.
After Handover
Once vehicle is:
- Collected
- Delivered
- Signed for
Responsibility transfers to winner.
No liability accepted after handover.
