Refund Policy

Competition Entries

All entries are final and non-refundable once submitted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued if:

• Competition is cancelled
• Payment error occurs
• Entry not successfully processed

Incorrect Answers

Entries with incorrect answers are not eligible for refunds.

Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal before the draw closes. Refund approval is at our discretion.

Competition Cancellation

If a competition is cancelled:

• Full refund issued OR
• Credit offered

Refund Method

Refunds returned via:

• Original payment method
• Within 5–10 working days

Chargebacks

Users issuing chargebacks may be banned from future competitions.
